Our team consists of a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 20 years of experience as a PMHNP and a collaborating psychiatrist. We provide comprehensive, evidence-based, person-centered, integrative mental health care customized to each individual's needs.

We specialize in treating people with anxiety, depression, mood instability, ADHD, bipolar spectrum disorders, PTSD, trauma-related responses, reproductive / perinatal mental health, Veteran-specific mental health, neurodiversity, and other mental health symptoms.

We offer partnership and treatment for older teens and adults living in California.

We are available to see you, online or in-person.
